i love lamp

Right so... I've decided i want a driftwood lamp. How one decides they need a driftwood lamp i'm not sure.. spending too much time flicking through those home style mags where you cant even afford the placemats...not depressing in the slightest.

so after doing lots of online scouting i have decided

1) they are way too bloody expensive
2)....for something you could probably make yourself!

Its literally 3 things you need: lamp. wood. wire.

easy as.

well, i did it... lucky for the shade blocking my awful attemp of wiring this thing together.. but nonetheless.. i'm going to quietly toot my own horn a little bit..
